Does anyone on the team speak Ukrainian?

No. Nobody on the Elvision team speaks Ukrainian, and we would rather say that on this page than let a creator from Ukraine find it out after the first call.
Management runs in English, or in German, Spanish or French if one of those suits you better. You need enough of one of these languages for us to understand each other about targets, content plans and boundaries. It does not have to be perfect.
It helps to separate two conversations. The first is ours with you: planning, numbers, decisions. That runs in one of our four languages. The second is the chat team's with your fans, and that runs in the language your page runs in. For an English-language page that is English, whatever language you speak at home.
If writing in English is a worry, say so in the first message on Telegram. It is better to settle the language question before anything is agreed than to discover a gap later.
