To compare OnlyFans agencies you do not need a ranking, you need thirteen questions every agency can answer in writing: about the company, the people running it, proof, costs, term, the account and the chat. This page names no other agencies. It lists the criteria, tells you how to check each one, and fills one column with our own answers, including where they do not look good.

Send an agency the questions from the middle column before the call and ask for written answers. Where it dodges or puts you off until later, write exactly that down.
Not every row weighs the same. Wrong answers cost the most on costs outside the share, gross or net, the term and the email address. If an agency does badly there, the other rows do not save it.
Why are no other agencies listed here?
Because we do not know other agencies' contracts and cannot verify what they claim. A ranking an agency publishes about its competitors is advertising, even when it looks like a test.
So we compare criteria only and fill in honestly where we stand. In two rows we do not look good yet. They stay until that changes.

Not necessarily. A low share on gross with extra costs can cost more than a higher share on net with nothing on top. What counts is what you keep in the end.
